This inviting studio, retreats provide ample living and dining space, with enough room for the whole family or a group of friends.
The rooms are appointed with expansive flat-screen TVs, contemporary 1 to 2 bathrooms, and plush furnishings.
Marrying opulence, comfort, and practicality, Marriott's BeachPlace Towers is a distinguished selection for a seaside escape. Its prime positioning, ample living spaces, and superior amenities ensure a peaceful and unforgettable experience in Fort Lauderdale.

Please note: This resort charges a parking fee of $39 per night plus tax, paid directly at the resort.

The resort will be undergoing an exterior façade painting project from June 10, 2025, through Jan. 2027. Some amenities may be closed periodically as part of this renovation. Please anticipate the presence of contractors on the exterior of the building and construction noise. Access to balconies will be needed to complete work, which will cause no availability of balconies and limited views from villas. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.

The hotel and room were very clean. Lots of shops, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance. The beach was so close and came with up to 3 free lounge chairs for the day, which was wonderful!! Great experience, would do it all again!

This unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Parking was secure, and included! We enjoyed our wine in the evening on the large deck (and the sunset) while we watched the boats traverse the inland waterway. Close to airport and cruise terminals, too!

The room was clean and very well appointed, with every amenity. Unfortunately, they were doing painting and pointing on the hotel, and my room was affected so i was unable to use the balcony. I had been forewarned by the host that this was a possibility.The hotel staff was wonderful- however the hotel itself was awful. Two of the four elevators (for 19 floors of rooms!) were out of service the entire stay with no end in sight. Because of this, elevatorswere so crowded that you had to go up to be able to fit in going down, especially at check out time. I was told that one had already been out a couple of days before i arrived. Also, very strange and unsafe setup getting to & from lobby from street.Location of hotel is excellent, close to Las Olas.
