A few issues...

They did not have room available for the 2pm early check-in. They had the incorrect phone number for me. They seemed a bit confused on who I should check in with.We were on the bottom floor and the unit above played music at all hours of the night. Bedding for sofa pull-outs were not clean. You could see hairs of previous people.
