Oceanfront condo!!!! Steps to 7 mile beach & downtown OOB. 3rd floor w/elevator

One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size bedroom set in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fiber optic WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for ONE vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.

Had an amazing stay in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. The views and sunsets were absolutely beautiful, and the whole area had such a relaxing vibe. There were plenty of great food spots within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The place looked exactly like the pictures, which is always a huge plus. Definitely a stay I’d recommend and would come back to again.

The location was perfect for us! We loved watching the live bands from our balcony Thursday and Friday nights! By 11:30 pm, it was quiet for sleeping, as we enjoyed sleeping with balcony doors open, listening to the waves and the ocean air coming in!Thank you Wendy!!

Very clean and cozy. Stunning ocean and beach views. Close to everything. Host was very attentive.

This space was everything I wanted. Located right on the water, very clean (which I value highly), comfortable, and well appointed. Great communication from my host as well. Naturally most everything was closed at this time of year, but that wasn't on my agenda. Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable worked just fine for me. The sunrises were magnificent!!

Wendy was very helpful. We absolutely loved the sunrises in the morning and the sound of the waves crashing the beach. We also found an amazing place to eat called Ken’s that we loved.

We purchased our dream come true after many, many years of looking. We love to share our little slice of heaven.

Why they chose this property

This is our dream come true! This is also the only condo building in Old Orchard Beach with a restaurant and lounge below. It also is home of the largest Patio Bar on the beach! Walk right from the sand to the bar! The huge balconies are private to each individual condo. The view is amazing! Sunrises are amazing. Steps to the beach and a couple minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. It's just a short driving distance to mini golf, mega shopping, antiquing, homemade ice cream stands and many great eating places. Just 20 minutes to Portland. You can drive, take the bus or train. The bus and train depot is 5 minutes walking distance from our condo. We are on the third floor with elevator service! The Brunswick building has just been renovated inside and out with new carpeting, paint and siding.

What makes this property unique

The Patio Bar! In the summer live bands play right below the balcony at the Patio Bar during the day. Great for people watching! Live bands play inside on weekends year round. The Brunswick Restaurant and Lounge is on the 1st floor of our building. You don't have to leave the building for anything if you don't want to! We are just steps away from the Palace Playground, The Pier, Pier Fries and all the shops, restaurants and bars right downtown. Five minute walk! Enjoy fireworks from the balcony on Thursdays in the summer. Enjoy sunrises from the living room and balcony. You can view the islands in Saco Bay and also see Black Point in Scarborough. Home of artist Winslow Homer. Walking distance to Ocean Park. Walking distance to laundromats, grocery store and pharmacy.
