The home is on a corner lot with minimal traffic in Emerywood West, a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Animals are not allowed.

Other details to note: Must be 25 or older to reserve. Very strict occupancy and animal rules. Guest also to send picture ID and separate rental agreement via email for the booking. Animals are not allowed. Events or special gatherings are allowed at an additional cost. Property is next to a high school. Hospital is 1 mile away. No smoking on property. Exterior cameras are in place.

Enjoyed our stay in this upgraded older home in an older section of High Point. Very spacious and nice appointments. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Outside area behind house was nice place to sit and enjoy the weather in the morning. Would recommend.
