hosted my friends for my birthday and it was great! unfortunately the fridge did not cool as much as it was supposed to but other than that the stay was amazing

The house is in a great location with beach access from the backyard. Lots of room in the yard to park. House was clean and roomy. One bedroom didn’t have electricity to it and there are no lights to the tiki bar or downstairs. We love to hangout and cook after dark but with no lights it was almost impossible. I would stay again if it had lights downstairs.

I’m very sorry one bedroom had no electricity and that the tiki bar and downstairs lacked lighting — that made evening cooking and gathering difficult. Beach front sweetness

Overall great, there were minor floor issues in hallway and one of bedrooms (soft spots in floor) and a couple bee nests but otherwise great

Great location

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is a great location at a less busy part of the beach. The house is really nice except for the damaged rotten floors in the hallway and one of the bunk rooms that felt like you would fall through as you walked over it. A piece of loose plywood with a rug threw over it should not be the “fix” when guests are renting. There is also an active bee hive located between the house and one of the pilings at the first landing before the bottom deck. The bees never bothered us, but it was worrisome. Other than those two things we would definitely rent this house again.
