This home-away-from-home has a spectacular beach and ocean view from both the living area and the master bedroom in a corner unit on the 5th floor of Surfmaster North. The recent, tasteful remodeling highlights a comfortable living/dining area with tile floors, comfortable sofa, love seat, and chairs, televisions in the living area and all three bedrooms, and dining seating for 6 with 4 bar stools at the island.

Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony filled with chairs for relaxing. Here on the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful view with only the sound of the waves.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances: refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal and is also stocked with small appliances. You will find a toaster oven, coffee maker, Keruig, microwave oven, blender, electric mixer, dishes, cooking and baking dishes, a spacious cooking area, and serving dishes.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable, king-sized bed with dresser, tiled floor, double closet, television, and full bath with tiled floor. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, tiled floor, dresser, double closet, television, and full bath with tiled floor. The third bedroom features a queen bed, tiled floor, dresser, television, and access to a full bath.

A stacked washer and dryer unit is located in the unit..

During your stay, you will have access to two different gated swimming pools and a hot tub. The beach is just steps away from both pools. You'll want to bring beach chairs to use as you enjoy the sand, sun and water.

Take advantage of the reserved, covered parking for two vehicles.

We have stayed in this condo several times and it is by far our favorite! Nice comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, spacious oceanfront balcony. Location is perfect, we like going to Murrells Inlet restaurants and Broadway at the Beach, and both are close by. The owner is very friendly and responsive to questions/problems.

It was great staying here, we loved the large balcony that overlooks the ocean. The entire condo was very clean and tidy. The beds were also very comfortable and entire condo was spacious.

Great Beach Stay

Just wrapped up a week here with our family and had a wonderful stay. Communication prior to and after check in with Kathy was awesome. Condo was clean, easy to access and really had a million dollar view. Facilities around the condo were great and coming and going was very easy. I'd recommend Kathy's condo for anyone looking for a great beach vacation in Surfside.

We’ve been staying here for the last 5 years. Kathy has been such a gracious host. Her condo feels like home as soon as we arrive. Everything you need is there. The location of the end unit gives a spectacular sunrise view. Great for morning coffee. And afternoon shade makes happy hour pleasant. You’ll love staying here.

We love to make the trip from Winston-Salem to Garden City Beach, but can't always get there as often as we would like. Since we can't enjoy the condo full time, we would like to share it with you so that you, too, can take a relaxing break from every-day life.

Why they chose this property

Our family has vacationed in Garden City for the past 50 years. The beach holds many fond memories; we swam, built sand castles, ate seafood, walked for miles, and now bring grandchildren to the beach to make even more memories.

When we had an opportunity to purchase this property at the site of so much fun over the years, we were delighted. We think you'll be enchanted too as you make your own memories with family and friends.

What makes this property unique

Our youngest grandson's first trip to the condo was at age 3. After a day on the beach, we came upstairs to shower and nap. Our grandson wasn't so sure that coming inside was the best plan! We explained that we were going up to our new condo and that it was beautiful - a great place to play.

Once upstairs, he walked around, looked out the sliding glass doors, and said, 'Nana! I feel like I'm in a boat right out in the water!'

We think you'll feel that same enchantment. Enjoy the balcony, the pool, and the beach. Take a refreshing 1-mile walk to the Garden City Pier or a 1 1/2 mile walk to the Surfside Pier.

After a day in the sun, try the wonderful area restaurants, cook your own seafood in the well-appointed kitchen, check out the live entertainment nearby, shop at the outlets, or just settle in for a good movie. Relaxation guaranteed!
