Step Into Another Time
From the moment you enter Loft One, you’ll be surrounded by the historic beauty of a bygone era: 15-foot ceilings with exposed wood beams, original brickwork, time-worn hardwood floors, and period chandeliers create a warm, dramatic ambiance. Antique furnishings and restored architectural details—including embossed brass hardware and leaded glass—have been lovingly preserved to maintain the loft’s 136-year-old character.

The result is a space that’s both elegant and welcoming—a perfect setting to relax after a day of wine tasting or local sightseeing.

Practical Information:
• The oven is decorative only (not functional - toaster oven provided)

• No pets due to antique furnishings

• No dishwasher due to original plumbing limitations

• Second-floor unit, stair access only (no elevator)

• Not ADA accessible

Enhance your stay with Pinot Car, our private wine tour and dinner shuttle service. Available Thursday–Sunday from 5–10 PM, this service offers curated experiences through Oregon’s renowned wine region—led by knowledgeable local guides and designed to ensure every guest leaves with lasting memories.

Traveling with friends or family? This unit can be booked in tandem with Loft Two to create a private, full-floor 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath experience. https://www.vrbo.com/4423769

Wonderful property with a historic feel

I loved this property in its ability to reproduce the feeling of yesteryear, but still with modern comforts! Good communication with the owners

Great location

Great location for wineries and shops in Newberg. Road noise was loud at night but earplugs were provided. The only issue was that the coffee maker reusable pod did not fit the machine.
