2 car off street parking. Across from Newport Beach and the new Newport Beach House (the newest wedding event place in Newport). Only a mile to our famous Cliff Walk and 2 miles to downtown Newport.

Married for 43 years. In 1981 we moved to Middletown, RI and open our first business, Aquidneck Restaurant. In 1992 we build the Sea Breeze Inn and a couple of houses in the same area. We love been so close to the Ocean and Beach.
We enjoy spending time with our kids and 10 grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

This is our favor location on the Island. Close to Beach, Cliff Walk, Restaurants and only 2 miles to downtown Newport. We have hosted several families over the years, in the Summer, in a couple of our houses and the experience has been great.
This is why we decided to include this condo for the Summer rental.

What makes this property unique

Love the Ocean and Cliff Walk. Just park your car and enjoy the walk.
