The floor plan offers a first-floor master suite alongside the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Upstairs, you’ll find a second living space with three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an office nook—ideal for working from home or studying. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure back door is closed and locked please.
You may strip beds if you have time, but please leave sheets in respective rooms (they are laundered off site)
If you had pets use the restroom outside, please be sure to remove pet waste from back yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR ON BEDS. FINES WILL BE APPLIED. UNTRAINED PETS MUST BE KEPT IN KENNEL OR NOT LEFT UNATTENDED.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY IN OR OUTSIDE. FINES WILL BE APPLIED.
Please, don't leave doors open for longer than a few minutes. It's hard on the AC. The security will notify you if it is left open for too long.

Nice clean home. Furniture was ok. It was a 4 bedroom house but the table only sat 6. We tried to cook but there weee only 4 plates and silverware. Not stocked for the number of people who could be in there. It said dog friendly but our dog, who is small got out through holes in the fence.

Cozy, beautiful, and comfortable

The home was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was cozy and comfortable. Entry to the residence was quick and easy. Communication with the host was quick and she was very sweet and kind. We had a lovely stay and we look forward to doing it again. The fact that it was per friendly was a huge plus as well.
