Unit # A207 Popular Oceanfront end unit. These photos are from this unit including the photo from the lanai looking out at the ocean. Located on South Kihei Road, this condominium is set back approximately 100 yards from the water. Between the condominium and ocean is a grassy park area with swaying palm trees, shuffleboard and tennis courts, pickleball and lots of native flowers ginger hibiscus. What a spectacular view, 180* view.
Swimming pool, jacuzzi and BBQs. Wonderful tropical breeze while sitting on your lanai looking at the ocean, and watching the whales breach. Within five minutes from the most popular beaches on Maui.
Because the condominium is on the second floor and an end unit, it offers the best view. Close to shopping, craft markets, and fruit markets.

Activities desk for all your excursions and sightseeing adventures, great beach for walking and windsurfing, whale watch, and just enjoying the most fantastic sunsets from your lanai. Free parking. Maid service is available mid week upon request - The unit is located in the A building #A207. Which is a corner unit. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit. There is also free Wi-Fi
Parking is complementary.

So it’s really difficult to upgrade when you’re not getting any income. I do try to provide our guests with everything that they’re going to need for their stay. Please come back and visit us again. Beautiful Maui Condo

This one bedroom condo has gorgeous ocean views including the sunset from the balcony! Everything was fully stocked - kitchen, bathroom linens, towels, laundry, and tonnes of beach toys! The space was perfect for three of us. Plenty of fans helped to cool the place down. Location is great and central to many beaches and activities.

Incredible and relaxing stay

I had the opportunity to stay here for 8 days and loved it so much!! The view was incredible and it is situated in a nice area of Kihei. I hope that I will be able to stay here again! Everything worked the way it was supposed to and both Tracie and Nicole were ready and available to help with anything needed.

Really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The salt water pool was nice & had a full outdoor kitchen with several equipped gas grills. Queen bed was comfortable. Public Pickleball courts close by. Place really needs deep cleaning and repairs by wasn’t bad for the price.

You could not ask for a better view for the price! We loved watching the sunsets! They were so spectacular every night. The beach is quiet and in front of the condo. Great for walking in the sand. The condo is a little outdated but again for the price, it can not be beat! We plan on coming back and. recommending to family and friends.

Amazing view

Well, it wasn't the cleanest or in best shape place, but it was paradise! The sunset were absolutely amazing! Taking breakfast on the patio with the bird all around and the ocean waves was heaven! You had everything you need to cook! No need for AC, just open the windows and you'll get the perfect breeze! We had an amazing time! For the price, I highly recommend!
