Wide open and beautiful view. Beds and kitchen appointments were nice. Neighborhood is friendly, castle Rock restaurants and shops are very nice. Saw wildlife and enjoyed breeze on porch! To get to back yard, must walk down 19 wooden steps, then back up. With small dogs in arms, be careful. Side gate is available and requires walking down /up incline over loose rocks.

It’s always a treat to hear that guests are able to relax on the porch, enjoy the fresh air, and experience some of the local wildlife. We appreciate your note about the backyard access and steps. We want future guests to be aware of the property layout so they can plan accordingly, especially when traveling with small dogs. Guests can also access the front yard directly from the front porch area with minimal steps, and enjoy the trail system right out the front door. Margaret was an awesome host. She communicated extremely well. During this stay, I had multiple homes rented for family members attending my wedding. I mixed a couple of things up at two different properties, and got Margaret a little concerned. We straightened everything out and had a good laugh at my expense. She was very gracious about my confusion. Awesome home, awesome host.

The home is lovely! Exactly as described. In a beautiful neighborhood and general location to everything. The host is very easy to work with, incredibly responsive and clearly cares a lot about her customer. In fact, we stayed for almost 2 weeks for the birth of our daughter‘s first baby, who lives in Castle rock. When the baby was born, actually about three days later, the host sent an absolutely gorgeous flower arrangement congratulating us. Way above and beyond!!The home is stacked with everything a renter could need, from every pot and pan and appliance one can think of, two loads of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, extra pillows, towel, towels, and linens… Wonderful wonderful home and we hope to come back!

The home was everything we expected and the owner even had a beautifully decorated Xmas tree. We cooked in, decorated Xmas cookies, grilled out, played family games and the home provided perfect space for spending family time. Very pleased

Doesn't get any better

We were interested in getting a feel for what living in Crystal Valley was like. This home was perfect for that experience. Margaret has everything you need and more. Linens and towels are luxury hotel grade. Kitchen is fully equiped. TV's everywhere with Netflix for guests..

Beautiful 1 floor rental perfect for our 6 person family stay. House is set in a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of nice sidewalks and trails for walking right outside the door. Castle Rock is a beautiful community and the hostess was excellent - very responsive to any message.
