The rooms are very dated, but reasonably clean. The coffee maker in the room was broken and my husband burned his wrist when water shot out onto him. We let the front desk know, hopefully we will hear from the manager. A new coffee maker was never brought to us. The young woman working the front desk around midnight on 8/29 was sweet and very kind to us.

Overall the place suited our needs and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was standard breads, thawed frozen waffles, muffins etc. with boiled eggs and yogurt. The location was great for our needs, good restaurants and a bowling alley nearby. There was security in the parking lot.There were a few issues with the hotel that should be addressed. -The carpet was balding and had exposed metal frame and nails. We threw a towel over it, but with a crawling baby and a toddler, it didn't stay there.-The dishwasher leaked -The bath and shower were hard to use and was clearly cracked and cheaply repaired-the hallway carpets were lumpy and also falling apart.

Check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean. The suites were great. You can cook in it. It’s great. The pricing was excellent. We enjoyed our weekend. Very easy and smooth process. Will book again soon.

2nd time I stayed at this property. First time was for a World Cup game and was such a great experience my family decided to use again a week later. Wouldn’t change a thing about this property but would add that the location was ideal for ANY event in the South Bay

We enjoyed our stay, quite, clean, very comfortable suite. We did try to call the number giver prior to arrival to confirm our check in time however there was no answer, many attempts made. Also it was the weekend and the breakfast was minimal or gone before the times given.
