Welcome to our sleekly designed one bedroom downtown condo with views of the downtown skyline including an unobstructed sight of the Calgary Tower.

Located in the heart of the Beltline.Walking distance to everything such as restaurants, bars, shops,grocery stores and all popular/trendy avenues. 5 minute drive to the river,Stampede grounds and the Saddledome.

Please be aware the front doors of the building lock at 10pm. If you book, you'll have to pick up the key/fob in a different location.

You will have entire private access to the condo

For patio or balcony access, please use caution and avoid fully closing the doors, as they may lock automatically behind you.

*** POOL is closed for the winter.

Additionally, the surrounding area is a haven for food enthusiasts, with an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance. Stay was good, location was nice and apartment was clean. I wish it was more clear on the listing that parking was not included with the rental. It would also be nice if there was a printed guest manual (house rules and check-out procedure) in the apartment. The hosts mentioned a via message that the checkout procedure was available through the listing details but if it was there, it was not easy to find through the VRBO app. All together a nice place to stay.
