This relaxing 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath with 3 kings, 1 queen, and a 4 twin bedroom has plenty of room for your family and friends. Adults can enjoy the HDTV, kitchen, fireplace, and deck that sits 8 upstairs while the kids enjoy the 60 inch HDTV, Ping Pong table, board games, Wii, PS3, and poker/card table downstairs. Incredible Sonos sound system is available throughout the house. Sip on your favorite beverage on the patio furniture on the dock viewing glass smooth water while fishing. Absorb the view in lakeside Adirondack chairs or sit fireside at the huge fire pit overlooking the lake while roasting smores. Cool off in our pool overlooking the lake. Soak in relaxing hot tub spa. Grill outside on our large propane grill or on our Traeger wood pellet burning grill. Books, board games, 2 HDTVs, WiFi throughout the home and property, and computer with internet access and printer are available for your use rain or shine! Neighborhood amenities include private boat ramp with locked boat trailer storage, tennis courts, basketball court, and a 2 mile wooded hiking trail. The 1 mile cove is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or water sking. If you want to venture out of the cove, you will immediately see the Ritz Carlton with all of it's dining and spa amenities. There are also 2 marinas and boat/Jet Ski/ Etc. rentals within minutes of our home. Within 15 to 20 minutes of our house, you will find many excellent restaurants, Publix grocery store, cinema, and hospital. You will love shopping in nearby historic Greensboro, Eatonton, and Madison. If you are interested in booking in 2 or 3 installments, please send an inquiry requesting 2 or 3 payments.

Our second stay here was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, paddle boards, and of the lake. In spite of some rain we were able to take everyone out on a rented double decker pontoon with a slide. What a blast! The next day we took a boat out to the Jumping Rock and again the kids and the brave adults had another blast! Even the rain didn’t stop us. We went to the movies. Played card games on the large dining table and had a family movie night downstairs. All nine of us fit on that couch! The house inside and out was filled with love and laughter. This lake house had absolutely everything you could possibly need. All the regular stuff and more. Just bring your family and let the fun, laughter, and love begin. Looking forward to next time!

The perfect getaway!

We absolutely love to staying here! We went with some friends and our kids, everything was so clean and nice. The house is very up-to-date with so many amazing features. The pool was perfect, and it even has a cover for the safety of children, which was amazing for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was our second stay at Lee’s lovely lake home. The home fits our family well (three generations ages 1 to 68) and there’s so much to do! We especially enjoyed the pool, fishing from the dock and paddling around the cove in the canoe and on the paddle boards.

This 1 mile cove directly across from the Ritz Carlton is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or boating. It is convenient to excellent restaurants, grocery stores, cinema, hospitals, and shopping.

What makes this property unique

This is a very quiet, peaceful cove and subdivision that is in the very popular Richland Creek area of Lake Oconee within a mile of the Ritz Carlton. The many bright stars on a clear night on the dock or at the fire pit are amazing!
