Welcome to your serene Houston getaway Cozy 1BR on the 1st floor of a gated community with a private patio, resort-style pool & spa—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Just a 40-minute drive to NRG Stadium for the FIFA World Cup

DISCLAIMER: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED, AND THERE IS NO EXACT DATE FOR WHEN IT WILL REOPEN.
Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. Pool/Spa Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note, they may close unexpectedly for maintenance or chemical rebalancing.
3. Message us for gym access.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.

Safe, affordable, and cute!

The gated entry made me feel really safe and the designated parking spot gave me peace of mind that my rental car will be safe as well. The unit is spacious and comfortable and very well designed! Dereck was an excellent host and easy to reach and responded to my requests very quickly. Loved how affordable this was especially with the gym and pool amenities. I will definitely be back!!
