The Space:
Sky Dive is the ideal cabin for your next large gathering, offering luxurious amenities and space for up to 26 guests. With stunning mountain views and a private heated swimming pool, this spacious cabin is a year-round retreat. Featuring five king bedrooms and an expansive bunk room with both queen and twin beds, Sky Dive comfortably accommodates groups of all sizes. No matter the season, enjoy a refreshing swim, as the pool can be heated to ensure comfort even in chilly weather.
For indoor fun, unwind with a game of pool in the game room or catch the big game on one of the cabin’s many big-screen TVs + Live TV subscription. We look forward to hosting you in this breathtaking retreat!
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire property. If you wish to use the fire pit, please note that firewood is not included in the booking and must be purchased separately. You may also contact us if you would like us to arrange firewood for you for an additional charge.
Parking:
Private driveway for 3–4 vehicles.

Please review the following details before booking to ensure the best possible stay at Poolside Pines:
Pool Heating
- Pool heat is available October–April for an additional fee of $175 per day with a 2-day minimum.
- Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival and cannot always be guaranteed due to weather conditions or equipment limitations.
Hot Tub
- The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
Fire Pit & Fireplaces
- Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior
- Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April.
Pets
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.
Parking
- Private driveway parking available for approximately 3–4 vehicles.
- No street parking allowed.
Security Cameras
- For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
Occupancy Limit
- Maximum occupancy is 26 guests at all times.
- Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed.
Self Check-In
- This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry.
- Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
Weather / Nature Notice
- This cabin is located in a forest setting.
- You may encounter insects, wildlife, or weather conditions typical for Broken Bow.
Maintenance / Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer
- While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working perfectly, occasional service interruptions may occur due to weather, power outages, or equipment issues. We will address any issue as quickly as possible.
Interaction with Guests:
After confirming your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. This must be completed before your arrival.
The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be subject to cancellation.

If you plan to bring pets, please note that the cabin charges an additional pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Kindly contact us in advance to ensure the pet fee is added to your booking.
