Welcome to our cozy retreat in Brookswood, BC! Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood at 204 & 42A Avenue, just minutes from the George Preston Recreation Centre, this charming 3-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
✅ Ample parking available — even for large trucks in the front yard.
🚫 Important: Parties and events are strictly not allowed.
🚫Extra fee for pet.

Note: The laundry room is downstairs. Our tenants and we live downstairs, so please keep it quiet.
This is beautiful 2 story house , you will be living in Entire upper floor, you have your own entrance with smart locks and 2 security cameras .

NOTE: The basement entry already rented to 2 lovely, quiet and responsibility tenants. They have their own entrance and own space , they won’t go upstairs or sharing anything with you during your stay ☺️.
A/C is a bonus for the hot summer! Schools, rec & all amenities near!

House wasnt cleaned upon arrival. Host did have it cleaned while we were out, nice layout and good location. We were able to chek in early which was nice. Kitchen was well stocked although we didnt use it ended up cooking at our son's new place. Nice power recliners in the living room and the master brm had a comfy bed.

Worth the stay
