Great house for extended family vacations! There is space for everyone. The pool is the perfect size, not small like other houses. And the included golf cart is so helpful for beach days.

The house was even better than the pictures. It was well stocked for cooking and ample room for our party of 9. The house was beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable with bedrooms very roomy. The pool felt amazing. The communication with our property manager, Robert, was the best. Thank you for an amazing trip. We plan to come back!

Family Vacation

The property was perfect. I loved the fact that there were so many options available for places for people to relax, visit, read or play a game. And the golf cart was perfect for the quick trips down to the beach.

Fantastic stay in Garden City

Our stay in Garden City was wonderful. The unit was easy to check in with a self check in. Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you would need to get your vacation start started. Their location was perfect. Close enough to the beach that you could walk if choose to, or a quick golf cart ride which was available to rent for the week. Overall, it was a perfect week for our Family Get Away.

Outstanding!!’

The place was very clean and stocked with basic supplies for the kitchen which was a definite plus for staying in to cook. Also, they had recently installed a new outdoor pool /shower and it made things very convenient to staying in some days. I would definitely recommend staying here😊
