Has three bedrooms with eight beds , two bathrooms, a huge livingroom and a spacious kitchen, fireplace in the livingroom and in the patio and two external showers. The house possess all comodities you need for a relaxing holiday .All the rooms are on the ground floor and the house is surrounded by three sides by a garden of 700 m2 There is a car parking into the property, it 's advisible to reach Geremeas by car expecially if you wish to have a tour in the neighborhood to visit some of the most famous beaches of Sardinia

Why they chose this property
This is not a villa to rent, but is the villa of my family, and is well furnished . We take care of it for our staying, and the same thing for our guests. I always spent my holidays there since I was a teenager, and I can absure you that you 'll never forget your staying in Geremeas. Drink an unforgettable cocktail watching the sunset on the beach
