No water pressure, power went out, place was very dirty, linens never got washed and dirty towels as well. They can't wash because there's no water and now no power. If your on vacation as we were. Just spent the extra 200 and be comfortable

Our stay at **Colorful Loft for 6 – Heart of San Juan** was absolutely exceptional. Traveling as a group of **three adults and two children**, we found the loft to be remarkably spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate everyone comfortably. Every detail was carefully considered, creating an atmosphere that was both stylish and genuinely welcoming. The location is undeniably one of the property's greatest strengths. Situated in the heart of San Juan, we were able to effortlessly explore historic landmarks, outstanding restaurants, charming cafés, boutique shops, and the city's vibrant cultural scene—all within easy walking distance. Returning to the loft after each day of sightseeing was consistently a pleasure. The host was extraordinarily attentive, consistently responsive, and exceptionally accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was seamless from the moment we booked until our departure, making the entire experience refreshingly stress-free. Their thoughtful recommendations significantly enhanced our visit and allowed us to experience San Juan like locals. Without question, this property exceeded our expectations in every respect. It perfectly combines comfort, character, convenience, and hospitality. We created unforgettable family memories here and would enthusiastically recommend this loft to anyone seeking an outstanding stay in San Juan. We will most certainly return on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

This place has potential but a few things went awry throughout my stay. We were first given the wrong gate code. The next day we were unable to get out, a man came to grind down the stuck part of the door. The place was generally clean except the pillows smelled like fragrance rubbed off from previous tenants and blankets had what looked like blood stains. When I used the washer outside, it wasn't functioning past the initial soak and then was told that wasn't for my use and I wasn't brought any new bedding- so I had my child sleeping on a stained bare mattress. I was told in a message before arriving that extra bedding for the couch would be provided but it never was. The cute little rugs inside were full of hair and crumbs. Two of the lamps weren't working, one had a plug exposed in half. My shade was stuck and wouldn't roll up. Only the backing to the remote was there and were told we had to use our phones to upload a remote app, which was very inconvenient with a senior and a kid. I asked if I could add a free app to the tv where I can view movies free from home but the owner wouldn't assist enabling the permission. There were no forks at all, some of the lamps didn't work. There was a leak in the roof after it rained and got my books wet. The water flow was very low. Come to find there's a water crisis on the island but other hosts have backups so noting the status in the ad would be helpful since tourists won't likely know. The loft is pretty but not quite guest ready.
