An additional twin pullout sofa in the living room allows this home to comfortably accommodate up to five guests. Our pricing is transparent—enjoy an automatic 10% discount for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays. These discounts are already reflected in the posted price, so there’s no need to request additional rate adjustments.

We understand the importance of flexibility and will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but please note that we operate within a narrow 5-hour window to prepare the property between guests.

At this time we do not allow pets. Of course service animals are allowed; please just notify us in advance.
