I would give the highest rating possible. The property was very impressive, clean, crisp and elegantly furnished. Comfortable beds, ample beach gear and the golf cart to be beach was a definite highlight. We enjoyed the scenic beach path and the convenience to the pool. We rented bikes and found the nearby bike paths to be exceptional. Thank you for a superb vacation!

Paradise

Highly recommend this beautiful condo. The use of golf cart to the beautiful beach was very convenient. Great location for our family to go kayaking, spend a day in St. Augustine, and meals out in historic Fernandina Beach area. Would definitely return!

Excellent - Nice unit, Great Location

We had a wonderful time at Summerwoods! This second-floor unit is perfectly located—right across from the pool and near the path for beach access. The golf cart and beach gear in the garage were a fantastic bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything in the unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with nice quality touches throughout. The neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet still close enough for an easy drive into town. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back!
