Turquoise place is the premier resort on the Gulf Coast. Amenities include a lazy river, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, complete fitness center, and outdoor playground for the little ones.

Our beautiful 19th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and down the beach. Enjoy the views while grilling on your private gas grill on the balcony or relaxing in your private hot tub. Because of where our unit is located, you will have complete privacy while lounging in the hot tub. Our unit has a Keurig for your morning coffee enjoyment.

**Please note parking is not included in pricing and is a one-time $50 per vehicle for the the first two vehicles. This is payable to Turquoise Place in advance of your arrival. If you will be traveling with more than 2 vehicles please inquire about options for parking a third vehicle**

Minimum age to rent our unit is 25 and there must be a guest 25 or older staying in the unit for the entire reservation.

**Please note that we cannot accommodate check out dates on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day**

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in Turquois C1906. The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated, spotlessly clean upon check-in, and was exactly as described and pictured, with all the amenities in perfect working order. The property itself is top-notch with everything you want on-site, including a poolside bar and grill (our favorite), indoor heated pools, lazy river and tennis courts. Other than going out to dinner a couple of nights, we never needed to leave the premises.But the most important thing to us, and our main reason for choosing this particular unit, was that the owner (Kate) herself was the property manager. She gave us every bit info (even a description of how to light the grill) that we needed to know before arrival. But, more importantly, Kate also provided a direct line of communication with her in case we needed anything during our stay, which was a refreshing change from our previous experiences with property management companies at other places. Overall, we had a really great time and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent family trip

This is by far the best stay we have had in the 13 years we have visited. The room and facilities were top notch. The few minor we issues we had were taken care of immediately. None of us wanted to leave.

A great stay for a family with ages from 77 to 2! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook meals. House was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Host was so helpful and replied very quickly. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great time. The condo was fantastic. Katie was great to work with before & during our stay. The turquoise was everything we wanted for our family vacation. The condo had every appliance & all kitchen utensils. It was definitely stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful week at turquoise place

The condo was lovely. Many places that we have rented say that the kitchen is well equipped. This one actually was. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time at the resort. The beach was immaculate. This was our second time at turquoise place, and I would definitely recommend this unit for rental. On a personal note, our granddaughter got engaged on the beach here,

Very nice although needed a broom, found dust pan but no broom. Could have used more fish washer cleaner more then one load. Also needed directions for shower in master . TVs in 2 and 3 bedrooms did not work.

November Get Away

We love coming to Orange Beach in November. The weather has been wonderful the last few years we have come down. This unit met our needs, some of the little things I appreciated were having a coffee pot and a Keurig for our group, and the kitchen had storage containers for left overs which almost never happens. As a family that cooks at the beach having a well stocked kitchen was perfect. It is probably time to freshen the paint in the unit, but did not effect our stay at all. The views are amazing the hot tub on the balcony was a favorite of my group! The lazy river was heated so the kids and adults got to enjoy that day and night. There are activities for the kids each day and posters are near the elevator showing what is happening. I love that the unit has a reserved space and near the elevator so getting in an out of the complex is quick and easy. We had one issue with a chair on the balcony, and the management was very responsive and had all the chairs replaced the next day. We will be back next year!

Adult Family Vacation ages 53-83

Overall vacation was very enjoyable, and we love Turquoise Place. This was our 4th stay at TP over the years. Some things that we loved: The overall size of the condo and each room. We liked that each room has a private bathroom. The beach was great and the construction that was taking place was a non-issue. Some things that could be improved upon: The building is starting to show some age and the condo needs an overall deep cleaning, dusty baseboard, headboards, lamps...etc. Lampshades in the master were falling off if you touched them. Furniture needs to be updated as many pieces are very scratched up. The tub in the 3rd bedroom did not drain well and water was pooling when showring. We had an 83-year-old with us who is in good health, however, no showers had a grab-bar and this made showring difficult. There is a washer/dryer however, you may want to bring some extra washcloths as there were only 4 in each bathroom for a 7-day rental, we were constantly washing towels and washcloths. The walls/doors in the condo were very scuffed and dirty and in need of a paint job. None of these things impacted our vacation and overall experience. Comments are just things that you may want to be aware of when booking.

Size of condo nice and large balcony. Unit needs some TLC and balcony needs new furniture upgrade. Mattresses need to be changed out in all rooms. Owner very nice and accommodating. Response time very quick.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Located on the 19th floor of the C Tower (tennis courts). Amazing location and amazing complex. The condo itself could use a little updating (i.e. fresh paint, new balcony furniture, etc.). But overall a very nice condo! The owner was super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend to anyone!
