This space was cute and accommodated 3 of us easily. Subway was nearby and community seemed safe and clean. Anywhere we needed to get took between 20-30 mins via Subway. Wonderful host. Very easy to contact!

Good overall but pricey. Also, had to change bed sheets right away as they clearly hadn’t been washed. Only two toilet paper rolls for the 3 nights, so had to buy some more.

Perfect place for a local stay! Comfortably slept 2 adults and 2 children. The place was clean, felt safe, great access to the subway and local food spots for a quick bite to eat. This property is ideally located for a Columbia University visit. It’s only a few minutes away by car, and Uber’s were available in minutes. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication before, during and after the stay. The apartment is very clean. Large bathroom with a big walk-in shower. There is a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. This is a garden apartment so there is limited sunlight but plenty of lamps and overhead lights. There are three locked doors to get into the apartment so you feel very safe. The apartment is within a short walking distance to two subway stations (1 and ABCD). There is a grocery store, Key Market, near the entrance to the 1.

My most favorite hosts ever!

We’ve stayed in 31 country in so many rentals and these hosts are my favorite. We’ve been lucky enough to rent from them twice and each time these guys have gone out of their way to make sure our stay is easy and carefree. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure we have what we need from the start and they honestly could not have done more for us. We felt safe and the checkin process was super easy. NYC New Years Vacation

We found this 1 bedroom apartment to be quite the cozy nook at an affordable rate for New Years week in Manhattan. We were a 5 minute walk from a subway station with access to anywhere in the city we wanted to go - the host was gracious and kept in constant communication with us via text including when we arrived to check in to make sure we were in safely - we were able to check out easily and we would recommend this place for a cozy place to recover from a long day in the city - a very nice shower and a projectile screen in the master bedroom were added pluses - my wife thought it was very tastefully decorated - we would recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the city and doesn’t mind riding the subway
