We had a very nice stay. Even though we didn’t use the fire pit, it was nice to have the option. The units were well stocked with useful items. The coffee bar is especially appreciated. I would recommend having the tubs refinished again. That would make the unit feel completely pristine. The location is near so many amenities it was very convenient to grocery shop and eat. It also made it easy to get supplies for the 65th birthday party. We attended with Friends nearby.

Nice place

I thought the place was connected, which in the hospitality business means a door that will connect the place without having to go outside, but it's two separate units. A little disappointed but the places are well equipped and comfortable.

This is a duplex with 2 BR and 1 Bath in adjoining units. VERY CONVENIENT and allowed for privacy among our family members, yet easy to pile into one unit for meals/fellowship. Very clean. It was conveniently located for access to Homosassa activities. In a quiet neighborhood just off the main highway. Clean, neat, tidy, yard well manicured with blooming plants. Back porch and front porch. For pet lovers, there were food/water dishes, multiple toys! Included a high chair for babies! TV's in each bedroom. Curtains in the bedrooms were also "black out" curtains, providing nice dark rooms for sleeping. Nice snacks included. the kitchen was fully stocked. I cannot think of a single thing that was needed that wasn't in the kitchen. And, there was an outdoor pit for gathering. Host was very, very accessible, pleasant, and hard working! The only "negative" is that there was an active construction site nearby with associated noise. But that was minimally noticeable, and when construction is completed that will be remedied. Overall, very pleasant and hope to come back with additional family. with 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of space!
