This Daytona Beach apartment boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a cozy queen bed. Guests can enjoy the nice living room with a comfy futon for extra relaxation. The property offers WiFi, AC, and heating for a peaceful stay. 1 block from the ocean. Walk to mini golf and arcade. There is a post office , grocery store , restaurant , multiple tiki bars, nail salon, & laundromat. All within a short walk. ( 1 block ) Whether you're here for a beach getaway or exploring the city, we're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment. Location, location, location •Notice to renters: due to exigent circumstances the fenced yard is down temporarily. We are still making repairs due to hurricane Milton - 2024. Your understanding is appreciated until repairs are finalized.

Scam property-unresponsive host

Seller was unresponsive, never gave access info. When we arrived the house was dilapidated. Took over an hour on the phone with VRBO before they would FINALLY cancel the reservation so we could then begin trying to find a place to stay on our 4 day beach vacation. And because it was last minute we slim picking and high prices. Terrible way to start a vacation!

Well, were should we start.2 tv's inoperable BBQ inoperable junkNo hot waterParking was a nightmareNo toilet paperNo towelsNo working HeatCheap window AC that doesnt cool the place.No sheets on the mattressNo silverwareNo papertowelsNo kitechen towelsNo microwaveFood from who knows when left in fridgeDishes left in the sinkNo dresserAnd that is just the beginning.Avoid this place at all cost.We wanted our money back the second we walked in and they refused.Don't waste your money.
