Perfect for four people

The house was exactly as described and Troy was quick to respond to any questions we had. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and Troy was nice enough to allow us to check-in early. I would definitely book this place again for any future visits to Austin.

A nice stay

We had a pleasant stay at Troy's house. The house is clean, and has pretty much everything we need. It is at a quiet and very convenient neighborhood, a few minutes’ drive to a Central Market, and close to UT campus, a lot of restaurants nearby. Troy gave us very clear/easy instruction to check-in and check-out, and is responsive to our requests/questions. We would definitely like to stay there again for future Austin visit.

I was happy to host Xiangqing and family for their first Homeaway/VRBO stay. Three was a little difficulty in communication, but in the end everything worked out well. They left my place in good shape.
