I stayed for one night. Upon arrival, parking was a little challenging with a vehicle and trailer since the driveway was already filled with the host’s vehicles. I also wasn’t aware that the host lived upstairs, which did make the space feel less private, especially with their window overlooking the entrance and outdoor seating area we even noticed someone at the window a few times.That said, the studio itself was cozy, very clean, and wellstocked. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and the welcome binder was helpful. When we went to use the stovetop, the binder mentioned directions in a drawer, but the only instructions there were for a vacuum. Thankfully, YouTube made that an easy fix.The biggest issue for us was noise. Starting around 6pm, there was quite a bit of activity from upstairs footsteps, a child running, and general noise that continued until about 11pm. Since we were trying to settle down earlier, it made it difficult to relax and sleep. The interior door connecting the main house to the studio also appeared unlatched, which made us a little uneasy. We considered latching it, but the stairs were very creaky and we didn’t want the host to think we were trying to enter their space. Checkout, the provided lockbox code didn’t work, though the check-in code did allow us to leave the keys without any problems.Overall, the studio was comfortable, clean, and well prepared, if you dont mind noise and little privacy, it is a nice stay.
