With 2 bedrooms featuring a king and a queen bed plus a full size pull out couch, 2 Full bathrooms, a full size washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen, you'll have everything you need except your personal items. This resort style community offers 4 pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a restaurant & bar, court sports, a state of the art fitness center, a day spa, and world class golf course.
This property is located approximately 40 miles away from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers. We're on the outskirts of Naples which offers some of the best shopping, restaurants, beaches, and night life around. Seminole Casino is located about 15 minutes away with slot and table games, restaurants, and live entertainment to include several Big Name Concerts.

There is a $150 membership transfer fee for all rentals. This fee is for the duration of your stay.
Should you choose to include a Golf Membership transfer as well, the following fees will apply:
1 month lease -- $200 transfer fee
2 month lease - $300 transfer fee
3 to 12 month lease - $400 transfer fee
Tenant fees for golf - per person/per round -
November thru April - $75
May & October - $50
June thru September - $40
