Clearwater Beach 3 Bedroom Waterfront Luxury Townhome


Luxury, waterfront townhome with private elevator and three car garage. Tastefully decorated, over 2,200 sq ft, three full bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Master suite has large jetted tub and king size bed. The two other bedrooms have queen beds. Granite countertops, volume ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area. Enjoy relaxing on the patio off the ground floor or balcony off the living room.

There are only six units to the building that share the pool.

**We are pet friendly, but ask that your pet is under 15-20 pounds with our discretion. Please contact us prior to booking to ensure your pet meets the guidelines.

This property is located in the mist of Clearwater Beach with only a 15 minute walk to Pier 60. You can fish off the dock, swim in the pool or it's just a short walk (approximately a block and a half), to the beach. Close to restaurants, lots of entertainment and marina.

The property is centrally located in Clearwater Beach so you can walk around to shop and eat. The kitchen was great and had a lot of pans to cook with. The host was very easy to deal with. Loved being on a canal as it was quiet and we saw dolphins. We were a 5 minute drive to Sand Key Park with the Best Beach, beautiful white sand and lots of parking.

We had a great week at this spacious and quiet property. Lori is a great host and was very responsive. We interacted briefly with the cleaning service upon arrival. They were very friendly and did a great job preparing the property. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 5 and a garage for our rental vehicle to park in. We enjoyed seeing dolphins in the marina and using the pool. It was within walking distance to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. We would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Clearwater and would definitely stay here again.

This was the third time we stayed in this townhouse. It was as wonderful as all the other times we stayed. The property is located in a very easy to navigate area, the views from the balcony are very pleasant and my father in law was lucky to enjoy an early morning dolphin show right in front of the balcony as the rest of us slept. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing family vacation.

The location of this place is awesome, it is close to the beach and all the restaurants. The house has a waterfront with a nice view making it a perfect fishing spot, the pool was very nice and clean. We saw lots of dolphins and manatees, an unforgettable vacation for the whole family.

Lovely property. Very convenient to many things at Clearwater Beach. The master bedroom suite is huge! Three level house so I was definitely getting my steps, however the elevator is super convenient for getting groceries and luggage. Parking is super tight and since this unit is in the middle you have to hope your neighbors don’t block your ability to get out of the garage. The dock is in rough shape but still okay for fishing from. Kitchen was well stocked. The sliding glass door on the second floor had no lock on the door and only a thin piece of wood in the track to keep out intruders. Overall it was one of the better rentals I have stayed at and would stay there again.

Perfect spot to walk anywhere in Clearwater. Loved that each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. The master suite is huge. The bay views are great. We saw dolphins every day.

This was a beautiful place to stay with lots of room. It was also great to be able to walk to a lot of place. We were in town for a beach volleyball tournament over Thanksgiving at Sand Key Park. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was great!

We had a wonderful time! Definitely would recommend and would love to stay here again. So much open space, amenities were great also. Perfect Beach Getaway~

The booking process was very efficient and we loved the location of the condo. We came into town for the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival and loved being able to walk to the event. The condo is close to many amenities on Clearwater Beach!

Great location. Very spacious condo, with a nice outdoor space for relaxing with a morning coffee or drink in the evening. We rented bikes for the week and didn’t need our car for anything.
