Skyview penthouse is a spectacular condominium located within the Porto Cupecoy condo development. There are five restaurants with-in the Porto Cupecoy mezzanine as well as a full service grocery/wine/liquor store on the property. Cupecoy beach is a one minute walk from the condo and mullet bay beach is a 10 minute walk. Both beaches offer chair rentals as well as full service restaurants/bars.

The penthouse has two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and large standup rain showers as well as a powder room. Kitchen has Viking appliances and granite counter tops. There is a 45 inch tv in living room with a pullout sofa bed, Roku TV and high speed wifi/ internet. The outdoor terrace brings this condo to another level with a large sitting area, dinning area and bbq. There is a laundry/storage room off the terrace.

Beautiful condo.

It was fantastic. Beautiful setting . Everyone is friendly and helpful. Beaches are "drop dead gorgeous".

Great condo and location

This was my first stay in the Cupecoy area of St Maarten and I couldn't have had a better introductory experience. Skyview Penthouse is conveniently located to many amenities well within walking distance with all others a short drive away. The welcome / information binder is a great touch providing a great deal of info for various things like tourist and emergency info. A car is recommended to be able to get outside Porto Cupecoy area, but there is plenty to do inside the development. The condo itself is well equipped with quick Internet and a Roku for rainy days or a lazy night in. The owner and property manager were both great and quick to respond to any inquiries during my stay. I'd highly recommend Skyview Penthouse to anyone.

Great Place at Porto

The apartment is very comfortable, beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and has everything you could need on a vacation. The huge pool is within 10 steps from the property, as well as the gym and tennis courts. The grocery store is about 30 steps away. There are also several restaurants within the complex in a promenade overlooking a marina about 40 steps away from the apartment. The property is a garden apartment, so it has the feeling that you are in a house, as it has a small patio area as its balcony. Overall amazing location just a short drive or walk away from Mullet Bay (beautiful beach). The airport is about 2 minutes away. Overall great experience. thanks Courtney

Just a perfect place for a great vacation!

As the first short term renters of this unit we wanted to let others know what a great unit Skyview is! The unit is very well maintained and exceeded our expectations and is even nicer than the photos show. Plenty of room and very comfortably furnished with comfortable beds and linens and a great A/C system with fans in every room. Kitchen has everything you need for meals and eating them on the balcony is wonderful. Always a breeze blowing and too high for mosquitoes...the nighttime view off the balcony is wonderful. I am a sunset person and the back outside walkway is a great spot to enjoy a spectacular caribbean sunset. The location in Porto Cupecoy is very convenient with a grocery store and multiple restaurants within 2 or 3 minutes walk to the marina square and many more within a five minute drive. They have live music and outdoor movies in the square a couple times a week for entertainment. With Cupecoy Beach a five minute walk and Baie Rouge and Maho beaches less than 10 minutes away it's location is perfect for us. The owner was very accessible by email for any questions and was very considerate in trying to make sure you had a comfortable stay. Easily our favorite place we have stayed in 15 years of vacations on SXM.
