With a king bed, queen bed, and 3 twin beds, you will find comfort and relaxation in this serene retreat. The 1.5 car garage can be used for parking and storage and the driveway can accommodate 2 additional cars. North River Ranch is a new community conveniently located to get you to several of the most beautiful beaches in Florida including Anna Maria Island in Bradenton, Florida. If you want to take a break from hitting the beaches, not to worry, this community is loaded with a rich variety of amenities. You have 3 different resort-style pools to choose from, walking trails, fitness center, pickle ball courts, dog park and playground. There is a brand new Emergency Room, HCA Florida North River Ranch Emergency, located 1 mile from the property at 12145 Little River Way.
