Spring Break trip

Had a wonderful time staying at Babak’s place! We found the property clean and put together nicely! The space was perfect for 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) people. The hot tub was perfect as we got hit with some cooler weather and the pool heated up nicely! Definitely would stay here again!

Great Choice

10/10 recommend! TV’s in all of the rooms, very clean, pool and jacuzzi were a very nice size, nice comfy beds and just an overall beautiful getaway! The family and I really enjoyed! Thank you to Ryan and Babak for the hospitality!

Palm Springs Oasis

Loved our stay. We went to the Palm Springs Surf Club for 2 days of surf sessions & stayed at this gem. 3 bedrooms with comfy king beds. Everything you need. We’d easily come back! Recommend!

Beautiful home in Little rock

The home is attractive, upto date, well taken care of......The pool area was fantastic, lounged in the 80 degree weather....No need for heater to run.All 3 bedrooms were knig sized, 2 bathrooms at either end in hallway.Comfortable, and clean kitchen.

Great place with awesome jacuzzi and communication

This is an excellent house that’s been renovated with a great backyard and excellent Jacuzzi. Location is perfect for mountain biking nearby out of the cathedral city trails and has many excellent restaurants nearby.We had one issue come up the night we arrived and the owner sent someone out on Saturday night to fix it so would not disrupt our trip for the next day. Anyone who owns the house knows those things come up, but I’ve never had a host this responsive so it’s like it never happened.I also left something important behind, and they were kind enough to look for it and mail it back to me.I recommend staying here and will do so again
