This house is nestled on Lake Huron, with a beach and deck.
A spacious residential structure consisting of this main house connected to four adjoining cabins which we call White Caps Beach Resort.
The cabins are attached side-by-side to the main building, creating a unified complex while still providing separate living spaces. Each cabin has its own entrance, bedroom, and amenities, making the property suitable for extended families, guests, vacation rentals, or group accommodations.
This charming property features 2 queen bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and twin bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating etc. during their stay. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled adventure, this quaint retreat has everything you need. This house is nestled on Lake Huron, with a beach and deck.

Dogs are not to be left alone in the house. Must be on a leash on all times outside of the house.
Walk dogs by road not on the beachfront yard or middle of parking lot.

We have cameras in place that monitor the parking lot and water only for outside security.

Do not dig around CITY OWNED pipe on beach.

If you use the grill move 50ft. away or go to designated grill area from house while using per insurance.

Don’t leave fire pit unattended.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When locking door push oblong button then turn to the left and wait till it’s done flashing and check to make sure it locked. Please make sure chain is across stairs to The beach when not in use.
No parties NO digging around city owned pipe on the beach. If using the grill please move away from building
Put trash in bins by the road. Shut off air conditioner before you leave and any other appliances. Park like the other cars are thank you. Private beach only for guest of White Caps Beach Resort.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please shut stuff off Leave beds unmade Please take trash to bins by cabin 4 No parties 2 cars allowed only at all times. Park cars mirror otherside
Any none paying guest must be gone by 10 pm. Anyone caught with extra guests after 10 pm reservation will be cancelled and you will have to leave.
