Escape to this stunning 6BR, 5BA estate on 10 private acres, just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Perfect for families or groups, this home features three ensuite bedrooms, two kitchens, and expansive living areas with vaulted ceilings. Relax by the in-ground pool and spa, dine on the spacious patios, watch a movie projected on a 100in screen, or gather around the cozy built-in firepit. Enjoy modern amenities, scenic views, & easy city access. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat with space to unwind and connect. Book your unforgettable getaway today!

POOL/SPA NOTES:
1 hour of spa (hot tub) heating up to 100 degrees per night booked is included. Additional heating hours can be added for $20/hr. Host manages pool and spa remotely and will work with guest prior to arrival to set up heating schedule.

Pool is open year around, but heating is not currently available. Feel free to use as a cold plunge in cooler months if your doctor approves!

CAMERA DISCLOSURE
In order to ensure the safety and security of the property and our guests, there are outdoor cameras on the property:
- Front patio (doorbell camera and mounted security camera)
- Power pole next to separate unit #592 (facing house)
- Shed mounted facing back of house (distant pool view)
- Back patio camera on North side of lower area (facing pool and hot tub)
- Back patio camera on South side of upper area (facing back patio and pool and hot tub below)
- Garage camera (area not accessible to guests)

Purpose of cameras is to allow host to monitor the large property when unoccupied and determine proper functioning of pool equipment remotely (water levels, water color, etc.) If guests or prospective guests have any concerns about cameras, feel free to inquire with host.

VISITORS:
No additional visitors beyond booked guests are allowed on the property without prior written consent from host. Please inquire at booking about visitors. Large gatherings are not allowed.

LEFT ITEMS:
Guests are responsible for checking the property before departure. We are not responsible for items left behind. For liability and logistics reasons, we only ship essential items. If an item is left and found by our cleaners, we will ship upon request for a $30 handling fee plus actual shipping cost.

OTHER NOTES:
Unit 592 is a separate small house located on the same property. It is separately occupied (by a couple renting long-term) and is inaccessible to guests booking this property. It has a dedicated parking space, a small yard with a privacy fence, and none of the amenities on the listing are shared with the tenants.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights
Ensure all trash is inside receptacles. Placing trash in outside bin labeled "Deer Valley" (by street) is not required but is appreciated.
Lock all exterior doors from the inside except for the front door. After everyone is out, press the "Ultraloq" button the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a separate small house on the property (#592) that is a separately occupied. Be considerate and do not disturb the occupants of that house.
Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. Pool is not heated and spa heating hours are limited--schedule arranged with host ahead of stay. See amenity notes.
House is on septic. DO NOT flush or dispose non-biodegradable items, chemicals, oils, sanitary items, etc. Flush only toilet paper and natural waste.

This was a perfect property for a family trip. There’s enough living space and bedrooms for three families to spread out and enjoy their time together. Family wedding

We stayed at the property due to a wedding nearby. The property and house were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was so cute and stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Cutest place I’ve ever stayed and all of the family loved it. Hot tub and pool were phenomenal. Owners were always helpful replying to all questions and requests. Would defiantly recommend!!

Family Vacation

We stayed with our whole family...our four adult children, spouses and girlfriends, and grandbaby. We had a total of 11 people and had plenty of room! We loved the two kitchens and abundant living space. We were very close to Chattanooga and all that the city has to offer. I would love to go back in warmer weather to get full use of the pool and hot tub!

Friends & Family Gathering

Two married couples plus our each couples married daughter for a total of eight that stayed for four nights. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large kitchen that easily accommodated our group. The location might feel a little remote to someone who isn’t familiar with the area. However, it is located right off the exit and is easily accessible.

Our stay was perfect. The house served all of our needs. Full kitchens on the main and lower levels simplified our lives. Labels on the light switches was a nice touch. My grandchildren, ages 2 and 4, loved the pool and hot tub and felt safe and secure. The hosts quickly answered our questions and were proactive in communicating with us when an electrical storm caused a temporary power outage. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Lookout Vacation

This home worked perfect for our family of 8. Huge kitchen was ideal for making breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We played multiple games of cards at the kitchen table, watched movies on the large living room TV, sat out on the back porch, and even took a cool dip in the pool and hot tub. Our weather was cool many of the days there, but a hike and time at a local winery warmed us right up. Also enjoyed a train ride and a Chattanooga Lookouts game (even caught a foul ball)Everyone had a great time!!!

Beautiful property

We did a family trip for MLK weekend in Chattanooga. This place was perfect. We had our 4 daughters, son in law, 2 grand boys and a fiancé. we had more than enough room, the downstairs was perfect for the boys and their parents.The property is beautiful, well maintained and well stocked.The place is very close to downtown Chattanooga and lookout Mountain.
