Beautiful villa close to the beach

New,8 person, luxurious summer house just 300m from the sea. It is inside a beautiful estate with lots of trees and green and has private garden with barbeque and parking.
Fully equipped with all devices and appliances necessary. Linen and towels also provided.
Everything you need is within reach! Beach, supermarket, grocery store, bakery, tavern, bar, all from 30 to 500m distance. This is a quiet, family-oriented area, but for the more "lively" you can drive to nearby bars, discos, beach bars.
Ideal location for exploring all Halkidiki and doing many day-trips and activities. (We'd be happy to recommend some or help you with organising them).

Nice location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and Yannis was a friendly host who replied fast and gave us a nice welcome with some advice about the area. The location was perfect to explore Chalkidiki. We liked swimming at the nearby beach which was almost empty during our stay.

Very nice holiday home in a quiet location

The host Yannis and his family were very friendly and the house very clean and perfectly equipped. Beach and shopping facilities are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable, and can highly recommend the cottage.Around the house there are more trees and nice plants as showed on the Fotos, which give good shadow on hot summer days.

Great house and very helpful host!

We stayed 2 weeks at the house, had a wonderful time there and felt very welcomed with Jannis as a host. He was always there to help, it was very easy to communicate with him but at the same time we had our privacy. The house was clean, the kitchen provided everything that we needed and the terrace was big enough for our daily barbecues in the evening. We would definitely recommend it!

Quiet place, ideal for family

Quiet place, ideal for family. In inner block is lot of trees and flowers. Great availability of stores about 2 minutes by walk. Owner very friendly and helpful. Apartment was sufficiently equipped and spacious. One room is without air condition.

Yannis is a really excelent host. His family also. When we arrived he welcomed us and explained all about home. He gave us recommendations about restaurants, markets, beaches and other nice places. Kalives is a quite village with a few beaches, perfect place for a right holiday. The house has all necesery amenties and much more. The house is exactly like in the ad, it is very nice and very clean place. It was a real pleasure to stay in Yannis house. I would highly recommend the house and Yannis as a host.

Wonderful

The house is very good. Quite convenient for 6-8 persons. The garden is also great. There are bakeries, supermarket, few taverns nearby. The beach is around 300-400m far away but it is unorganised. The other one with the beach bar is around 5 min by car. What was a kind of an issue is the water pressure in the house. We understood that Ioannis is thinking of installing additional trunk. Otherwise Ioannis was very polite and hospitable He brought was very delicious peaches and figs and also farewell gift. Thank you. We spent very good time.

Sehr schönes Haus in der Nähe vom Strand

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sind als zwei Familien angereist (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder). Zimmer gab es genügend, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und Sauber. Ioannis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und mit uns alle Insider Informationen geteilt. Wenn was im Haus nicht stimmte war er sofort zur Stelle und alles wurde gleich repariert. Auch der Wasserdruck ist jetzt schon geregelt und wir hatten keine Probleme beim Duschen. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und uns hat es auch gefallen dort mit den Kindern zu sein. Super Unterkunft mit Spitzen-Gastgeber

Super Unterkunft: - 2 Terassen - 2 Balkone - bis zu acht Betten - drei Toiletten und Duschen - komplett eingerichtete Küche - Klimaanlage & Heizung - Waschmaschine - sehr gute Lage um die nahe Umgebung und Halkidiki zu erkunden - Autostellplatz Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, an nichts gemangelt und einen großen Dank an den Gastgeber Yannis! Er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, gute Tipps für den Einkauf, zum Essen gehen und für Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Außerdem gab es noch lokale, selbstgemachte Köstlichkeiten. Mehr als wir erwartet haben!

Wunderbar erholsam!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, schöne schattige Veranda und nur wenige Minuten zum Meer. Der Gastgeber Yannis hat uns gleich am Anfang viele wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen und für Ausflüge gegeben. Jederzeit wieder, vielen Dank!!

Maison très bien équipée dans un quartier calme et proche de tous les sites touristiques. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Iannis est de très bons conseils, très gentil et serviable toujours prêt à nous aider conseiller. Sur ses conseils nous avons mangé dans un excellent restaurant une soirée inoubliable. Heel mooi, ruim schoon huis. Ligging kort bij het strand. Vanuit het huis is het mogelijk om goed de omgeving te verkennen. De ontvangst door de gastheer is heel goed. Hij spreekt goed engels en geeft leuke tips over de omgeving. Een aanrader!!

Really perfect for 6 to 8 persons

We had a one-week-stay at this clean and modern hollyday-home. The rooms are lovely decoratet. The equipment in the kitchen is complete. There are three bathrooms each with toilet and shower. We are two families and we really enjoyed our stay in this house. Only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The host is very friendly and we got helpful advices from him. Thank you.

Super Lage, nur 5 min zum Strand!

Tolles Haus! Man kann schöne Abende am Grill verbringen und wenn man was vergessen hat, ist der Supermarkt nicht weit...von dem Vermieter haben wir auch Vorschläge bekommen, lohnenswerte Ausflüge und Strände!! würden immer wieder buchen Danke Jannis!!!!
