Great place to stay. Only recommend you bring house shoes. The floor is cold. Wish the owner would have a guest book. I like reading others adventures & travel stories.

We were in Hampstead for a family gathering and the cottage was the perfect stay for our family. The check-in process was very easy and the host was super responsive. We had everything we needed on the property and the house was clean. If we would've brought our pets, I'm sure they would've had a great time in the yard. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental was great! We had a quick weekend in town for an engagement party. This place was a quick drive to Wrightsville where the rest of our family was staying and was significantly less than places in wrightsville. The place was super clean and extremely convenient. The big yard was a huge plus since our dogs came. Overall would recommend and stay again!

We didn’t actually make it due to a family emergency. However we explained the situation and the host was very quick to respond and did what they could to help us out. Can’t wait to actually stay.

4 th July

Great little get away for the 4 th . Clean, stocked with lots of stuff ( dishes, pots and pans, games, big screen tv in living room and one bed room other bed room didn’t have tv . The only down side to my stay was the shower water it was all Hot water no cold water at all in the shower . The kids had to wait 30 minutes before they could get in their bath water so I could cool down it was that hot . But over all it was a good place to stay .

Nice place

I really enjoyed staying there. The house was very comfortable and appeared to have lots of things for a family to do together. One thing though the exercise equipment was in an area outside that needed mowed - there's no way I would have gone out there. Also, a bigger breaker needs to be installed - the AC in the master bedroom kept kicking off the breaker. AND after I told Luis about it he said he'd take care of it and he didn't. I volunteer ed to flip the breaker when he didn't show up. It was over 90* with partial AC. I had to do this 3X. Other than the AC Frasco everything was good. If I come back to NC I would stay there
