This pristine high mountain retreat is nestled in the tall pines of a 100-acre private ranch beside the Moreno Creek. Just north of Eagle Nest, NM, centered within a 15 minutes drive from both Red River and Angel Fire Ski Resorts. This is a three level beautiful home cabin style features 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, wrap around deck, two living rooms, kitchenette in lower level, two five-piece master suites, and much more. This high mountain retreat is a perfect set up for family reunions, executive retreats, multifamily gatherings, honeymoons, weddings, and anniversaries. The home comes with walking and hiking access along the creek near the Cabin. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please empty and take it to the blue dumpster on the dirt road and make sure to put it in the side where the top latches so the bears can’t get in it thank you so much
If you’ve used the outdoor grill, please clean and replace the grease trap just under the grill thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By agreeing to the above house rules you also agree to the attached rental agreement, event addendum & provide a DL to confirm reservation.
All events must be approved by host and sign an event addendum-additional fees may apply.
No smoking or pets allowed. Some sleeping arrangements are bunk beds.

Great cabin getaway

This cabin easily accommodated multiple family units since it has a good number of bedroom/bathroom combinations - great location with access to Red River, Eagle Nest, Angel Fire and even Taos on a day trip. Property manager was amazing to work with - very quick in responding to questions and other travel needs!

Ski trip home

Great home. Less than 20 minutes from both Red River and Angel Fire. We were able to ski both resorts. Plenty of room for our crew of 13.

We have stayed in several properties in northern New Mexico, this one has it all, easy access to red river Taos and Angel Fire. Plenty of room, excellent kitchen, on property that is beautiful.

Annual ski trip

The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and had higher end pots and pans. The views were outstanding. We had a nice mix of dine in and dine out.Host was quickly responsive and very pleasant to converse with, and shared helpful information.

We had a family reunion at the cabin with 9 adults, 2 teens and 1 child. There was plenty of room for everyone and the place is actually even nicer than the pictures on VRBO. We cooked together, hiked the land together, fished the creek, and then went and had a cornhole tournament at the brewery (which is exactly one mile down the road from the cabin.). The views are beautiful. It would be nice if all the windows and doors had screens so they could be left open as the weather was perfect for open windows. I highly recommend this cabin for any group that wants to spend quality time together.

Great Place!

The house was clean and neat. Easy access, great views. Communication was prompt and always helpful. Final night for our family is campfire night. The owner came to meet us and to see if we needed anything and was having a good time. Would definitely recommend for a large family gathering

Family Ski Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay so very much! From check-in process to condition of property, everything was perfect! The house accommodated our big family very well. We all enjoyed playing the games provided, the beautiful views and wildlife of the mountains. Lisa was very communicative, always accessible and informative. Five star stay all the way!

Nice valley cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The only issue was it list AC and did not have it. The owner made sure to get us fans very promptly and was a great communicator throughout the whole process and stay.

Beautiful Views.

The house is very accommodating of a large group. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s in the mountains and this house probably has the best views we have had. Great communication from the property manager/owner. This location is a short drive to Angel Fire and to Red River which makes it convenient for skiing.

Fantastic!

This property was perfect for us. Peaceful and quiet, but close enough to Red River and other more touristy spots that there was plenty to do. Cabin was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed to have a much needed break with family and friends. I can’t wait to see what it’s like in the winter!!

Beautiful Views

Our families stayed over Christmas, the cabin is in an excellent location for both Red River, Angel Fire and even Taos. In our group we had 3 family groups, and we were all very comfortable with plenty of room for all 14 of us. Kitchen is very well supplied with all things to cook for even our large group. We loved it!

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for our first family friend getaway since the shut down in 2020. It was great. The house was spacious and gave each family an area of their own. It was stocked with needed essentials/cookware. The kids had a great time enjoying the outdoors and it was a quick easy drive to Angel Fire for skiing.

Everything i was hoping for!

I have never experienced such a magical place, so many secret areas of the wilderness to be discovered. Clean, updated, luxurious! It was out of a movie, but was right there real! Amazing!
