This beautiful home is on the hills over SaddleBrooke, not in the community. 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen and 1 Full pull out sofa. Has 1 Bath with dual sinks, and a tub/shower combo. A huge great room with 55”TV and fireplace. A large gourmet kitchen and dining room. An office with desk and comfy recliner chair (no futon). Resort patio with an outdoor kitchen, fire-pit, and fountain. Dual love seat and recliner on patio with a table for 6. This elegant property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy bicycles, during your visit. Very quiet and relaxing. The great room has a shared common wall to another guest suite. Rarely can anything be heard from there. Quiet hours observed. The neighborhood is outstanding on hills that have breathtaking views of most mountain ranges. The home has fabulous sunset views out of all of the windows. Yard is walled in fence. One side is common area, where the Deers like to play. A beautiful place to do nothing or enjoy the area. The great room has a shared common wall to another guest suite.

Absolutely beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. The kitchen is fantastic—anyone who enjoys cooking will be thrilled with how well-equipped it is. The backyard citrus trees were full of fruit, which was such a treat. I couldn’t be happier with my stay, and the host was truly spectacular. Highly recommend!
