Your private suite is tucked above the garage, so occasionally you might hear the door opening or closing as we come and go. Sleeping arrangements
This studio guesthouse sleeps 2 and features a king bed dressed in soft linens with blackout curtains to help you ease into a restful night. The open layout combines sleeping and living areas, making it easy to unwind after exploring the RiNo Art District or preparing for an early flight.

Indoor comforts
A cushioned sectional couch offers a place to relax in front of the TV with standard cable. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub and shower, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, towels, and a hair dryer. Heating, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan provide comfort in every season.

Kitchen & dining
While there is no full kitchen, the kitchenette provides the essentials for light cooking or simple meals. You’ll find a microwave, mini fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A compact dining table doubles as a cozy spot for coffee or dinner.

Outdoor living
Just outside your private entrance, a small patio with seating for two invites you to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Across the way, Schafer Park offers open green space, tennis courts, and tree-lined paths for a leisurely stroll.
