Family and friends will enjoy this quiet. Sportsplex and OWA are 10 minutes from the 32 miles of Sugar White Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. New quartz countertops throughout. Modern tile showers with glass doors. Pool, Hot Tub and Workout facility is on-site. There is a fire pit, pickleball court and grilling area.
This 3 BR, 2 BA unit is great for a Romantic Getaway, Families, Golf Outings at Craft Farms, Peninsula, or One Club within 5 minutes. Free Wi-Fi. No Pets allowed per HOA regulation. Must be 21 years of age to book. Bella Kaya Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Private, Right Rear Corner unit Upstairs unit. We supply 6 beach towels for your stay. Parking is $25.00 per stay, per car. Guests, please check in at the front Clubhouse beside pool within 24 hours after arrival to pay and obtain parking passes and to avoid being towed. Pool/Hot Tub. Fitness Center. No parties allowed. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets allowed per HOA regulations. No towels hung over balconies. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Hot Tub and Pool closes 10:00 pm.
