This is a completely renovated, tastefully decorated, spacious, 3 bedroom 2 bath home with plenty of room!

This property is located close to Klamath Lake with stunning views at any hour.

Guests have access to the garage, upstairs area and outdoor spaces. The downstairs area is locked with no guest access.

Our team will be available via this platform for any questions!

- The driveway is on a slight slope. We will be by to remove snow and lay down salt during the winter months.

-You will need to walk through the front door and immediately walk up a flight of stairs to gain access to the upstairs area.

- During the spring and summer months you may see The Klamath Midge, which resembles an aphid or mosquito. The Midges are prominent near the lake, but are harmless. We will have insect control measures in place! To learn more about The Klamath Midge, feel free to check out my guidebook.

-Although the downstairs area will be locked to guests, the home is completely private and nobody lives onsite.

-An extra mattress is available for use if needed with 48 hours notice. The mattress will be placed in the twin bedroom on the floor as there is not a frame for it.

-We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.
-This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M-7:00 A.M daily. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties!

-No smoking inside the home, including vaping. Smoking is permitted outside of the home. We ask that you be mindful and ensure no smoke enters the home and that any cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

-Please do not flush towelettes, wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet.

-Booking guest must be present for duration of the stay. Guests are not allowed to book on behalf of another party. Extra guests not listed in the booking need to be approved by me before entering the home. Overnight visitors can be coordinated for an extra fee.

-For safety and insurance purposes, charging electric vehicles (EVs) on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of standard household outlets or extension cords, and inside the garage. Guests are encouraged to use designated public EV charging stations nearby. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
