Sanctuary at Redfish 2113 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Redfish 2113 offers the best of both worlds—a serene lake framed by lush greenery and the endless horizon of the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Nestled between tranquil nature and coastal beauty, this spot promises a peaceful escape with all the sights and sounds of waterfront living.

The caring owners have carefully crafted a unique setting with comfortable furnishings and all the extras needed to feel at home. You are sure to be taken aback by this gorgeous waterfront palace the moment you step inside. 2113's open floor plan is not only very spacious but it enjoys lovely chic beach decor decked with cool blues and soothing neutrals.

Additionally, a relaxing atmosphere will be automatic when you find yourself seated on the balcony overlooking the amazing pool deck and Redfish Lake.

Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

There are exterior cameras on property around the pools for safety and security.


This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025.  The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026. 

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.

Nice Property

The property was wonderful and in a great location. The only issues we had with the condo was the master bed was not very comfortable and the carpet was stained and dated.

Great location on 30A

The condo was great with 3 bedrooms and 31/2 baths. Great view from the second floor balcony of the pool, lake and gulf. There were a few maintenance issues but other than that the stay was perfect.

Enjoyable Stay

The unit at Redfish was very nice. The only negative is I wish it was a little closer to beach. The pontoon boat was not bad at all. Tried to figure out how to get fire pit going. Could not get it going. Wonderful area, and peaceful. Very relaxing trip.

VERY nice!!!

We loved the condo and the resort, great facilities and service, my only feedback is to suggest that the management company provides more canoes and kayaks for guests, every morning we got to the dock and they were already gone, we only saw 2 canoes and 1 kayak available for guests, I imagine that they provide more in the Summer but I am not sure.

The serene peace you'll find from the nature preserve and the coastal dune lake, Big Redfish Lake, will ensure your vacation relaxes you. Two ways to get to the beach offer you flexibility: take the 10 minute scenic boat tour that goes through Big Redfish Lake to the soft sands of the beach or leisurely stroll through the 0.7 mile nature trail to arrive at the beach. Uniquely available to you is the ability to kayak or paddle board in Big Redfish Lake where the water is more calm to enjoy these pursuits. Your amenities include three pools including a seasonally heated pool, a large gas firepit for enjoying evenings gathered together, and a convenient grilling area with four seperate gas grills for your use. The resort has parking in the lot and underground in the garage. A spacious fitness room awaits you and provides two changing rooms complete with restrooms, showers, and shelving for your belongings.
