This house is very clean and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The rooftop views were stunning. The proximity to downtown was perfect for walking or a short 3/4 minute Uber/Lyft ride. The listing states 2 king size beds however, there are 2 queens upstairs and 1 king downstairs. The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus with 5 ladies! The house is completely stocked with anything you should need. There are 4 total flights of steps, be mindful if you are staying in the top unit, you will need to go up 2 flights before you are at the entrance. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice property. It was extremely clean and as represented. The only issue , it wasn’t clear to me that it was three floors up. On a girls trip and carrying up a big suitcase was difficult. Other than that, I would highly recommend. Beautiful views from deck!

I will definitely stay here again. The entire property is very clean and well maintained but I highly recommend the north suite (floors 3-4) because of its rooftop with amazing views!! Great part of town with easy accessibility to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Nice to have reserved off-street parking as well. This place absolutely rocks!!

The property was great. The views from the upstairs and the roof deck were absolutely stunning. Perfectly located close to anything and everything! Property was listed with 2 king beds but there was only one. Very small issues but overall it was a great stay!

Lovely, private top decks and 2 living rooms.

Lovely, safe location. Close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having en-suite baths for each of the 3bedrooms was a definite plus as well as two living rooms on two floors. Furnishings very nice and beds were comfortable, newer and pristine clean linens! Enjoyed our stay very much!

The view was wonderful! Both decks were utilized every day. There are LOTS of stairs to the condo and many more to the rooftop deck…..but it is worth the climb if you are able .

Sisters trip with husbands

We had a great time staying in Newport a couple of nights before heading to our condo on the Cape. The Newport condo we stayed in is on the third and fourth floors with the bonus rooftop deck. The condo was very clean and a great place to hang out at the end of our day.

Perfect Family Newport Home

The 2 separate living rooms were great - I e for a playroom for kids and the other for adults. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds and great that each had en-suite baths. The roof top deck was phenomenal for cocktails and relaxing.

2-day birthday celebration trip to Newport

Great place and great location. My only regret was that it was rainy and windy from Hurricane Fiona so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the roof deck. Would have picked a cheaper place had I known.

Such a great place for the five of us friends to stay for our 50th birthdays weekend getaway!This listing and photos are 100% accurate to what we found. The place is very well appointed, beautifully decorated and lots of lounge space, including two sitting areas inside (one up and one downstairs), two balcony sitting area areas and a rooftop deck. This property was very clean and the check-in and checkout processes were extremely easy. I had to call the property manager/host two times and they picked up right away to help us with our questions. Great location on Thames Street as well. We walked to dinner and to all of the shops. Would definitely stay here again!

A little climb but worth it

Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again.
