Per building policy, a member of our team will meet you in the lobby to assist with check-in. To help coordinate a smooth arrival, please share your estimated arrival time or preferred time window. If you're flying in, you may also provide your flight details to help us plan accordingly.



Arrivals after 11 PM require special arrangements and may incur a $100 late check-in fee. Please coordinate with us in advance if you expect to arrive late.

The building's front desk can hold packages for guests. Please note that mailbox key access is not provided. Contact us if you need clarification about package delivery or retrieval procedures.



★ PET POLICY



Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, payable to the building at check-in. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required. Please contact us before arrival to confirm the applicable requirements.

Getting Around:

We suggest driving, but there is also a free metromover 2 blocks away. Uber/Lyft are affordable and convenient options.
