A grand entrance welcomes you as you step into the definition of luxury and style while the incredible pool and mountain views will take your breath away. This home is perfect and designed for those with impeccable taste.
AMENITIES NOTES:
Two kitchens, each equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, BBQ grill. Casita is detached and has a private entrance with a balcony looking over the pool. Casita also includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer. plus a sofa bed in the living room.
PARKING: A strict limit of 4 cars maximum per city ordinance.
Garage NOT available for guest access. Parking is available in the driveway by the front door.
This property is equipped with two exterior cameras on the driveway and side of the house.
Andreas Hills Neighborhood

Beautiful home and location
This home worked out wonderfully for our family of 5. It was spacious, comfortable and everything in the Palm Springs area is nearby. Wonderful pool and grounds along with plenty of space to gather together or have some time alone. Great spot for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Great property in great neighborhood
Wonderfully designed home in a great, quiet neighborhood. The VRBO listing is very accurate but does not do the property justice. Chef's dream of a kitchen, wonderful space for all to gather or spread out, well built and quiet.
