The property has a great downtown location. Kevin, the property manager is very responsive and the whole checkin process went perfectly. The property has a great layout for two couples as the bedrooms have a lot of separation and the main area (living room, dining, kitchen) have a very open and spacious feel. All of us enjoyed our time in this property.
Space size was nice and could easily accommodate 4-5 people. Was nice to have two bathrooms.Coffee machine was missing. Once we received one, it was an espresso machine versus a regular coffee maker. Host was very responsive to inquiries. There was a bit of an unpleasant odor upon entry into the apartment. Location was very good. Easy access to shopping, sites, restaurants and hop on and off bus pick up. Unfortunately, major street construction was happening so made access slightly more challenging and noise at all times of day and night. Obviously, this is a short term issue.
Great place right downtown. We were able to get all around Montreal from there. Rue St. Catherine was under construction, so and the sidewalks were pretty narrow, but that is a temporary thing.
Great property, exactly as described, in a perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. The room is very spacious, immaculate and well appointed. Our host, Kevin, was super quick and responsive to any questions. Would gladly repeat the next time I am in Montreal.

Our stay was OK, not amazing but not terrible. The good: great location as long as you're ok being on a main commercial street, very close to restaurants and subway which we used a ton. Apartment is spacious and the bedrooms at opposite ends of the space making it nice privacy-wise for 2 couples. The not-so-good: the street where the apartment is located is completely excavated (May 2026). I'm not talking "they are repaving for a week or 2" - there's a 30 ft deep crater where the street used to be with debris, garbage, standing water, dust - it looks like a war zone. Thankfully we were not bothered by construction noise. The construction means lots of dirt, dust and garbage around the property. The kitchen appointments are very bare bones - do not expect to do any cooking in the property. There are a couple of non-stick pans that are completely worn out, some utensils but little else. We didn't feel the bedding was very clean - we found hairs on the sheets and the blanket for use with the pull out couch had food crusted on it. Also frustrating was the fact that the main room TV didn't work at all - it wouldn't power on. We mentioned this multiple times to the host but nothing was done. We rated our stay low in terms of value because we were there for the F1 Grand Prix weekend so the nightly rate was roughly 8-10x the usual rate - just the way it goes when 360,000 people come to town for an international event I guess. Would not stay again.
