About this property
Stunning Lake House - 200` of Lakefront with Kayaks & Game Room
Stunning 5 bed / 3.5 bath Lake House. This 4,700 SF home, located on a quiet street, sits on a double lot with over 200 feet of private Chief Lake frontage and its own sandy beach area. Spend the day on the water—the home is fully equipped with 5 adult kayaks, 4 youth kayaks, a canoe, 2 “Great Lakes” paddleboards, and a 4-person paddle boat. Later, unwind by the outdoor fire pit or take in the view from the expansive 2,000 SF custom decks with comfortable seating and panoramic lake views.
When you’re ready for indoor fun, the home features two fireplaces and a spacious lower-level entertainment area with a movie space, air hockey, ping pong, super stick hockey, board games, an NBA arcade-style game, and Pac-Man.
In summer, life moves outside. After a swim or paddle, grill on the deck, lounge on the beach, or enjoy dinner overlooking the lake with seating for up to 14. Evenings end perfectly around the fire pit as the sun sets across the peaceful, private shoreline.
When the snow falls, the Lake House transforms into a cozy winter lodge. Two fireplaces glow as skiers and snowboarders unwind after a day at nearby Crystal Mountain (27 minutes) or Caberfae Peaks (40 minutes). Warm up with cocoa by the fire, host a game tournament downstairs, or settle in for a movie night. Whether you’re here for summer on the water or a winter escape, this Lake House delivers the best of Up North living year-round.
