The additional living spaces with sofa beds and futons provide extra comfort and sleeping accommodations for guests. Our 20 acre farm offers experiences as well as accommodations. The barndominium shares the property with our family home which is a pleasant distance from each other allowing for plenty of privacy.

It is 20 acres of land surrounded by various natural beauty - mountains and forest in the distance, farmland, and sloughs full of wildlife. Our family can raise our farm animals with a reasonable barrier from the pesticides and pollution of the city.

What makes this property unique

The modern luxuries and clean new feel to the interior combined with farm experiences, bird watching opportunities, proximity to Astoria, Jones beach, and the kayaking. The vacation rental shares the 20 acres with our family home. You have the chance to see us do our farm work and inter act if you like. You can possibly help feed cows or chickens if you like 😊
