I have lived in Southern Utah most of my life. I love all of the National Parks, Zion's, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, and all the state parks. There are too many activities to list, but I love all the trails, bike, horse and ATV. I am an Arborist by trade and love to climb trees and cliffs.
My wife is from El Salvador and speaks Spanish. She also loves the outdoor activities in the area.

Why they chose this property

The Beach House is off the beaten path, in a unique area of Southern Utah. Near many of the National parks in Utah and close to several state parks in Nevada. It is also close enough to Area 51 to hear the secret aircraft fly over at night. Day trips to Zion or Bryce is no problem. We are building a separate building just for Biohacking. Which will include a sauna, cold plunge, exercise equipment, along with grounding yoga mats. A few games to play also, like foosball.

What makes this property unique

You are at a Beach House in the desert. One of the first Boxabl casitas tiny homes in Utah. You will feel like you are in the center of the universe. There are mountains surrounding you on all sides. Giving you the most wonderful sunsets and sunrises every day. The sky is full of stars like you have never seen. There are no lights in the desert to take away from the dark sky at night.
